Food Server
This is an energetic position. You will need to respond to guests needs and require the following skills.

• Charisma
• Sales and Marketing
• Cash banking and making change
• Physical endurance with continuous movement and lifting

• Ability to organize and manage stress
• Personal hygiene*

This all sounds intimidating, but have no fear. We will be glad to train and work with you to teach you all the skills you will need to be a great Food Server. This position has an age requirement of 18.

Host/Hostess
This also is an energetic position. You will need to be able to communicate with people with the following skills.

• Outgoing personality, great first impression smile, positive professional image
• Physical endurance, using stairs, some lifting (heavy at times)
• Table bussing, cleaning, and setting
• Organization and memorization
• Teamwork
• Server assisting (food running, pre-bussing)
• Personal hygiene*

We will be glad to work with you and teach these skills in a timely manner. This position has an age requirement of 16.

Bartender
This is a great position for the outgoing charismatic listener. This position has an age requirement of 18 and the ability to accommodate the follow skills.

• Ability to multitask, and memorization
• Responsible liquor service and sales
• Telephone ordering skills
• Cash banking and making change
• Organization, cleanliness
•  Teamwork
• Light to heavy lifting
• Ability to do general utility work
• Personal hygiene*

 Offering on the job training, you will need the ability to listen and memorize.

Peetza Maker/Line Cook
In this position you will receive an honorary “PhD” (Peetza handling degree). This fully trainable position has a minimum age requirement of 16, and the ability to accommodate the following skills.

• High standards in detail, quality, and cleanliness
• Memorization, hand/eye coordination, and ability to multitask
• Work speed and stamina
• Ability to work in small/confined areas
• Teamwork
• Ability to do general utility work
• Personal hygiene*
